The CNS VS Tools iPad App is a tablet version of the CNS Vital Signs 50+ medical rating instruments enabling the efficient collection of clinical and quality measures. CNS VS Tools autoscores each instrument allowing the syncing of test results to the CNS Vital Signs platform for secure and systematic documentation of assessment reports into the clinics EMR. The app can be used in most any care setting, across the care continuum.
